I reckon this has one of Noel's ever greatest lyrics
It's funny how your dreams Change as you're growing old You don't wanna be no spaceman You just want the gold All the dream stealers Are lying in wait But if you wanna be a spaceman It's still not too late
thats so fuckin good!!!!! why the hell is it a bside!!!!!!!!

It's one of my favourites.. shame that the actual recording doesn't do it justice..
i think the best ever version of it was on the Live by the Sea gig until Noel messed it up.

simple can be genius.
Look at Whatever....its fuckin mega.
Hell, look at the Beatles. overall their songs were rather simplistic but yet oh so good.
Simple doesnt equal bad. Infact, quite the opposite.

the early b-sides are better than any song from '97 on (apart from the singles)

crap because it's so fucking easy to play So are most songs by Oasis and the Beatles. Sometimes the simplicity is the genius of a song.

tam here..
"I haven't seen your face round since I was a kid you're bringing back the memories of the things that we did..."
it's a very melancholy tune for me, reflective of our past as kids,,, evokes lots of thoughts and feelings for me.. brilliant...
