His singing pose hasn't had a positive influence on his voice as well. However, I believe he has been taking voice lessons ever since his horrible performance at Glastonbury 2004. His voice doesn't sound as nasal anymore as it was back in 2002-2003, which is of course a good thing. He also reduced smoking. I'm really looking forward to february 2007 when they'll play live at the Brit Awards. I'm curious to see how Liams voice has devloped since the DBTT tour ^_^

Noel is a better singer for me, technically anyway. However, I much prefer Liam's voice. The snare gives an edge to the songs.

ZAK Starkey has the rock attitude! Meanwhile, in my opinion, Liam is dreadful. Using excuses of how his voice changes over time, take a look at (I know i always use PJ) Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam. He's been around since the 90s and his voice is even better now. Let alone he doesn't have another member of the band to take over singing for him nor the fact that PJ setlists are known for breaking the 30's each night (oh don't get start on that). As well as the fact, that theres songs where his voice varies, while most of Oasis' are vocally wise; equal. Liam just could careless if his voice is good or bad it seems. Liam's got the better voice for singer (studio you can easily see it DBTT esp) but Noel's the best singer live for them. If having a rock attitude means they could careless how they perform live for their fans then Liam's got it. I'm just comparing them to other bands i've seen is all.

both are good singers cant choose 1 without the other Agreed. However, they both have something what other doens't have. For example, the songs like DLBIA and TIOBI are made by and made FOR Noel. Without Noel, Oasis wouldn't be exist after 12 years and there's no singer in the world who can sing "Tonight I'm a Rock'n'Roll Star" like Liam does.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion, that's what a forum is for. My opinion is that Pearl Jam is a dreadfully boring band and Eddie Vedder's voice is monotonous and annoying. Oasis blows them out of the water with regards to singing, songwriting, stage presence, and attitude. Just my opinion...
As far as Liam vs Noel- I agree with whoever said each has a good voice for certain songs. But for the rockier songs, def. Liam. His voice sounds like no other in the business- strident and full of swagger.

At the present?
Live - Noel Albums - Liam
Not to say it's unbearable, but definitely not up to par

to be honest, liam's voice has deteriorated really quickly over the past few years. his singing started to fade about 5 years ago. it's a shame, because on the records he sounds fine, but think about how many times he had to get that right.

What show in New Jersey!? Camden 5/27-28?! I was there! Anyway, Eddie singing Listen Up or Morning Glory, man oh man. Wouldn't mind betterman with Liam either!
