There was only one. Zanibar. And the whole show was professional recorded I believe. And rumors had it that Noel made sure that his set wasn't released.

I've heard the Zanzibar version. It's got Digsy from the band Smaller (as in Digsys Dinner) singing lead vocals with Noel on guitar. Sounds shit!!!

I've got pics from that gig, well supposedly it's from that gig. I will try to re-think the information i got about it, but i discarded it.. i did have the supposed setlist somewhere. For the record i am NOT saying this is 100% true but merely passing on what i have heard about it.       In this image.. there is somebody playing and singing next to Noel.. although i don't think it's Digsy, it could be a member of his band, Smaller or the Sums though EDIT - actually i'm going a bit mental here and arguing with myself, that COULD be Digsy, here's a more recent pic of the two of them together  |

I've never been to the venue, and I'd bow to your superior knowledge of Liverpool venues mate, but honestly, I remember after that Zanzibar gig took place, those pics appearing online, Noel playing that red guitar wearing that blue RL jacket, Gem wearing that blue and white shirt and Terry Kirkbride on drums. Maybe your manager can shed some light on it? |

ye i can see your point but i was literally in there 2 weeks ago playing a gig and i (and my housemates) just cant see how those pics would relate to the zanzibar at all.
unless they had a total refit before i ever went. which is unlikely as its still pretty shite.
ill ask chris though. he might be able to shed some light

Cheers mate.. i didn't think it was Digsy, i have limited knowledge of the Stands too!
I'm just wondering what other secret gig has happened other than the Zanibar one though, not saying that this MUST be but there must be others we don't know about.
