Selling t-shirts for 60-100 bucks? Seems like everything is way overpriced. Is Liam making any money yet?
The last person to who posted some official figures seemed to indicate it was doing pretty well. You pay for the quality, it can't be vastly outside of standard prices for the people they target otherwise it would make no sense.

I always thought overpriced but when I visited London and brighton i had To visit pretty green and Endes up buying some shirts and a jacket cause they feel great and are made with quality. Don't Wash out or something like that.
He's not making 10M for Pretty Green but it's pretty good considering the style of clothes. Also it's a shared ownership and Liam is the main owner with 35%

Just looked over the website today actually. Some really nice stuff, namely jackets and shirts but not fussed about boots and accessories. It's a classy men's line and that's good - better to keep it focused than spread out too thin and lose that IMO. I've not bought anything but when items go on sale they are pretty reasonably priced too.
The Pretty Green shop in Tokyo looks fantastic. Every time I've been there (about 3 times now), there's always been a decent number of people inside. Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean business is good but at least it's not empty.
Agreed, doesn't feel overpriced at all. You can't get that quality for the price with any other brand. I kind of wish they would go up on prices a bit actually so it remains underground and not everyone has it. Luckily I am in canada, haven't ran into anyone wearing it yet.

I've been there once 2 years ago. I didn't buy anything, but had a nice chat with a shop staff. They also have an another shop in Osaka.
I've been to the shops in London (Carnaby Street) and Manchester too. Nice shops.

Yeah, the staff there are well nice. I had a nice chat with one of the staff about BE. Seems like they employ people who know their stuff. Plus, it's amazing how they built an entire building for his shop. In an expensive part of Tokyo no less.

I like how and where those Pretty Green shops are located, especially in Tokyo. It's in a quite expensive area in Tokyo, yet you can just walk by, unnoticed. I might visit the shop very soon again as I'm seeing Noel at Budokan.
I have family living in Japan and part of me owns Japanese blood.
I always thought Pretty Green makes fantastic jackets and coats. Those prices are not that different from jackets you'd buy from another store. I am shocked however at some of the bizarre t-shirt designs and some of their shirts. Who the hell is buying that stuff? For example the leopard print t-shirt and the Nepal type cardigan.

I bought 3 of their paisley pattern shirts, including this one:

Did you really? Who can wear that out in public without being in a band or something? Very loud and proud.

themasterplanet: A Northern Soul by The Verve! My second favourite album by them. I love the atmosphere of it, it’s very dreamy and melancholic and dark. It holds many memories for me and I think that’s partly responsible for why I love it so much.

AllOrNothing: Up in the Sky sounds like the La's on steroids, especially that Liam Falsetto that I can almost picture Lee Mavers singing with all his big teeth showing

Bring It On Dan: I have so much shit on an old hard drive somewhere but I just cannot find it. Nothing 'out there' but probably 200 gigs or so. I can't remember the name of the site that had all the gigs listed and sources for loads of gigs next to it? I remember RKID 003.

mimmihopps: Bring It On Dan, it must be sadsong.net. I don't know if the site still exists.

gottabecrazy: RKID003 was a great resource, they shared a lot there there really. I wish something similar could be up again.
