What was the song that was supposed to sound like Rockin' Chair? according to that interview www.officialrealpeople.com/news/index.html it's called "growlin old" (probably meant "growin old", but misspelled it). never heard it and i have no idea where to look for it. |

The Real People were around first, before Oasis. 2. Oasis's sound, Liam's voice is due to The Real People. Unless you enjoy Liam's best Ian Brown impersonation... 3. The Real People have been real champs about some of the lifts that Noel had. They aren't sour towards it, they probably could have sued, but didn't. They aren't trying to steal anybody's glory even after Oasis practically threw a carpet over them and ignored the bulk of their contribution to Definitely Maybe. If anything, they should be revered for being reasonable and placid about it all. They're still continuing on with their own thing making good music and even have another album in the works, despite having virtually no fanbase left. |
