I don't know if this should go here or in The Lounge. Anyway, inspired by Mean Mrs. Mustard and Beady’s Here Now, what was the first ever concert you attended? My first was the Kaiser Chiefs at Meadowbank Stadium, August 2007.

My first real one (for which I bought tickets myself and didn't just go with my mother) was the Arctic Monkeys in Düsseldorf 2010.

Mumford and Sons, before they really blew up. My mate's sister had tickets, but couldn't go for some reason so we got them.
Very shortly afterwards a trend of seeing a friend's or a friend of a friend's awful bands playing various shithole venues every other weekend started. It has not yet stopped. I have yet to discover the next Mumford and Sons...

Some girlgroup who recently broke up. Saw them in 2000 or 2001. My first real ever gig I bought tickets for myself was Mika in 2007. Yep I know, pretty horrific. Worst thing is I stopped listening to him in 2009. But I think I've redeemed myself since then, having seen The Rolling Stones, Arctic Monkeys, Noel and a lot of others

An open air festival in a park with a lot of known and unknown bands when I was 15. My friend and I got a free ticket. I remember it was freezing in the evening.
