Cause he's fake That's the answer right? Dunno is it? Never really saw Noel as fake but perhaps. Just a bit weird. I'm not good enough at English to understand what sounds like the British accent and what sounds like the American accent,I mean I can do that when people are talking,but not really when they're singing,but why one should fake an American accent? Could be that his accent is just not as strong when he sings,or maybe that something that sounds weird and "american" to us is done just to reach some notes? |

I can't get the image of Sam Smith out my head every time Noely goes "some day you will find me..." That's a worry.

He sounds different to when he normally sings though. It's quite a renowned thing for cringey pop stars to fake an American accent when they sing. Why? God knows, maybe cos they think it sounds cool. I find this performance quite cringey. Not bad, just cringey. |

Its a nice version, I enjoy it. But that's all it is. It shows how the both of them together made some songs really great.
