FWIW, CD1025 in Columbus, Ohio, has a show on Sunday nights where they play "new" tunes and have people vote if they want them added to the playlist. This week's show featured "Lock All The Doors." Perhaps that's the next push in the States?

I know from talking to their program director that the label was pushing ITHOTM but without a lot of success, it seems. I don't think any station over here has really played any of the new album.
