To me, Innerspeaker is better than Lonerism, the opening track is superb, draws you in instantly, and the flow is perfect, it's an album i listen from start to end frequently. And this new song, well, let's see... I wouldn't mind more of the same if it's as good as their output so far... But parker already said their 3rd lp will be more electronic. I can't but trust this guy criteria, no matter what direction he takes. He has the right stuff. In my book he is the best songwriter with the best output right now... I was disappointed with Lonerism. It's not as good as Innerspeaker. I fear that electro-disco vibe but I do trust Kevin Parker.

They live like 5 minutes from my house. I see Kevin out all the time in the local pubs! Such a good band. I remember seeing them in like 2007 playing to 10 people and they've grown so much since then. I seriously think Kevin Parker is a genius and I don't use that term lightly.

He's definitely a top mind working in the music business. I have a feeling 2015 is gonna be a big big BIG year for him. Already on a globally successful album with Mark Ronson and the critical hype of Currents is about to begin. He also would make an excellent producer which he has done work in already.

I think he has all the qualities to be an amazing producer I just think he wouldn't because he likes to work by himself and do everything himself which may not lend well to being a producer.

Let It Happen -> 'Cause I'm a Man as of now Yeah I agree. I'll give the new one a few more listens before properly judging it but not too fussed about it on first listen.

THe song is good, but I was looking for something better. The effects on the chorus... we heard them million times now.

Pond's album was brilliant and Kevin Parker was the producer They're all like best friends though and live with each other and have worked together for years. It's a bit different going and producing with someone you've never met and not worked with before. I'd love it though!

I'm more of a fan of the artwork found on the first two albums. More organic. However, it's not about pictures it's about the MUSIC.

There are people who are saying that basically Tame Impala are just taking songs from southamerican songwriters like Pablito Ruiz (who wants to sue them, I guess)
Anyway, Let It Happen would have been a much better single. Can't see this one doing something important on the charts, but anyway Tame Impala are not looking for commercial success, I guess. Lonerism performed pretty bad.

Another weak and meaningless song. I can see already see critics and hipsters loving this album. They will tell us that we don't understand this. And apart from good critics nobody gives a shit about this songs. To quote Noel ,,They don’t mean anything to anybody apart from their fucking ugly girlfriends''
Just looking comments on youtube this makes me feel so calm.Hahahahaha that is the worst comment that you can get for your song. It is like when someone says, for your song or painting, it's interesting

It's a good song but lacked the immediate appeal of Let It Happen, a few listens later and it's grown on me a bit more.
I'm full of anticipation for this album, Kevin is a creative force who I trust to come up with some great quality music.

Hey I really like this song, it's like feels like we only go backwards but more dopey and bassy groovy smooth... it's really relaxing and the hook isn't the hook of the milennia, but come on, it's a good song i'm glad it's there to add to my regular playlist.

Let it Happen is one of the best tracks of the year.
Cause Im A Man is a tragedy of epic proportions. I like when acts step out of their comfort zones, but holy fuck is that atrocious.
