I left Ian and Lee off because they sort of pre-dated Britpop. Sorry if I left any other dudes off that you wanted to pick!

Jarvis Cocker. Great lyricist, unique voice and seems like an all round top guy. His actions at the Brits with Michael Jackson were hilarious as well.
I really like Richard Ashcroft as well but never really consider The Verve to be part of that scene for some reason.

Not sure about frontman but I love Suede so I'll go for Brett The first three albums are great, but after that there's not much going on with suede(at least for me). Voted for RA but I don't consider him part of the britpop "scene"

To me that's like a old porn flick set to music. I think Cocker is a more charismatic frontman but I prefer Richard's voice and The Verve's music - but then Cocker was a better lyricist....this is hard (core) Aren't most old porn clips set to music? XD

And of course, Justine Frischmann. And if anyone from the Guardian's reading this, that's not being misogynistic, I just can't stand her or her music.

Morrissey!!
(as a solo artist, rather than with the Smiths. Though he was still incredible and incredibly one of a kind with the Smiths)
