is there anywhere you can download the digital booklet you get when purchasing an album on itunes / play stores

when i downloaded CY from iTunes it didn't download at 1st , sent an e mail to itunes and i got it, but it got me thinking is there a place to get them, i don't mind paying for them.

my HFB one is pretty worn out from reading it so much.
