yeah, me neither, but once the first crowd starts singing them, it will become a thing for all the following gigs, I can feel it

i agree. from what videos i have seen of belfast, noel steps back from mic expecting the crowd to do the na na na na's. which a few more gigs in will catch on i think.

I think I'm right in saying they dropped the la la la's from I'm Outta Time when they played that live too. Maybe nonsensical monosyllabic repetition is something that doesn't translate live.

I was always curious why Noel needed the "NaNaNas" to kick off that song. Surely something else could have taken its place. Even a cool intro melody. Something.

Maybe Noel's on this forum and he read here that the fans dislike his nananas. Maybe I could be Noel. Who knows? No just kidding I'm Tony McCarroll

It took a lot of hard work over the years but it was spoken from the heart. He (Sardy) got the message. His time here is now over..........forever.

It probably sounded bad as fuck in the rehearsals... he could have put the sax to do it like he did with Dream On in the arena concerts for the last tour... but its going to sound great with the crowd filling in
