There's more chance of Ed Sheeran playing at Wembley.

What for? To sing Oasis oldies in acoustic key? Get Oasis back if you want to play Wembley

It would be amazing if he did, but it won't happen, not as the headliner anyway. He played at Croke Park last time, but that was for the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Noel deserves a stadium but realistically it won't happen.

Its weird cos in a way he is big enough and sells alot of records and is A-list in uk Unfortunately, he is not currently at the top of the charts or the current "hot" artist, so even though he's well-known and sells lots of records, that doesn't translate to stadium tickets. They won't put him in a stadium unless they think they can fill it. Arenas are much more realistic for his ticket sales.

I guess he hinted his "new" music is not stadium rock, so don' t think he would do it even If he could

I think he could if it was the first announced gig of a new leg of the tour. I know people might not see calling festival as his gig (but it is) and that's not sold out yet as everyone bought tickets for this arena tour. If he'd announced calling first that would've sold out instantly and then the arenas wouldve done the same still too. I hope he doesn't Tho be nice to have a mix of arenas and smaller gigs please noel

If you announce a Wembley Stadium date there's no problem with a good support (Paul Weller, Johnny Marr, Catfish & the Bottlemen, The Vaccines, Temples) and a great promotion. But you can book Wembley if they think it will sell out 100%. Man City Stadium will fit for him, and he would be happy, I guess. But I do prefer a Finsbury Park date. He's playing Clapham which is basically a solo gig with 45.000 capacity. So he can do it and I hope he will. As I said when he announced the album: Last gig of the tour: May/June '16, Finsbury Park/Heaton Park, DVD of the gig. Maybe he'll play UK again this autumn so after 6 months he could fill a park with 45/50k people. He's one of the top sellers of rock music in UK, he played arenas, he's headlining T in The Park. The next logical moves are headlining Glastonbury and playing a +40k solo gig (even if that Clapham gig is basically a solo gig).
