What other tracks am I missing from the era - from bonus editions, Japanese editions, etc?

No. Was never released as an extra track or b-side during the HFB debut's cycle. Its first proper appearance outside of the demos CD that was packed in with the DVD is as a Chasing Yesterday bonus track (and is a totally different version). The fact it was played live doesn't make it an extra track.
