Yuk. Not loving that. Far too wet and sugary for my taste. I prefer the demo. That would not fit on CY, feels old and dated to me and would be a step backwards rather than a shift in the right direction towards the future sound that most tracks on the new LP. Too hasty and I should not have given an opinion on the 90 second clip. And it's not YUK either upon listening to the full version. Still better left as a b side or a bonus. |

I'd love a 192 bit rip of the song. Its basically useless. No one's posted the M4A b/c they likely dont know how to clear the metadata (PS ITMS Scrubber works), so video rips is the only audio possible. No point encoding to 192 when its already transcoded. 5 days at most til the Japanese release and great rips. |

I'm going to go on a fucking drunk rant here. I went. To see Ocean Colour Scene acoustic tonight and my God the were completely shit. Living off the back of 2 half decent albums, the rest of their stuff is dreadful. I felt like I was stuck. In the 90s with people going mental about the fucking Riverboat song! Noels dragging this 90s shit kicking and screaming into 2015 and I couldn't be more proud. But jesus OCS were bad (take Steve Craddock out of that cos he's cool).

Never been a tune that I've been keen on, it's nice enough but I'm not expecting loads from it when I hear it.
It is what it is I suppose - it's a tune that fits the status of bonus track while Noel holds back stronger material for future albums. Good decision to officially release it in this form I suppose.
