This is the exact reason they annoy me, they're forced. Leaving in natural, unrehearsed stuff from the studio is fine, but when it's artificial it bugs me for some reason cos I can hear the fakeness straight away.

'Fuckin' wires everywhere man' at the start of the cover of Street Fighting Man is another example of that. Makes me cringe.

I think the Street Fighting Man one is left in as a joke. Isn't it Bonehead saying "Fucking c*nting lawyers everywhere" as a little joke at the stones after Loog Oldham sued the Verve and the stones said primal scream getting a bit too close to their sound? Thats what I hear anyway!!
