The great thing is all the songs seem to be getting some love. Means there aren't any real stinkers on there. I've not heard it but seems like a solid collection of songs Noel's put together. Definitely Noels strongest collection of songs altogether on an album for a while. No thanks to LAG, innit.

African release sleeve notes reads it was co-written by Danny McNamara. Oh he's from Embrace. Don't tell me Noel ripped this off and it was so blatantly obvious that he had to give co-authorship.

It's funny how people can keep saying it sounds like a Springsteen song. I'm probably one of if not the biggest Springsteen fan on this forum and I don't hear the similarities at all.

The chorus of LATD however reminds of an unreleased song of his on the River.

I'm also a big Springsteen fan, so maybe the similarities are happy-summer vibes in this song. but that's just me...

African release sleeve notes reads it was co-written by Danny McNamara. Seriously? I'm trying to think what Embrace song it could be like... Ashes has a similar sort of vibe but it doesn't really sound anything like it.

Hope he plays it live, would be great to end the set with, good, happy bounce around and sing-A-long.

This song and Lock all the Doors are the 2 best on the album. They both sound like they've come straight from Be Here Now B sides.
I cannot understand the hate for these 2 songs. They both sound like Oasis in their heyday, and anyone who doesn't like them doesn't like Oasis circa 96-97.....
