Ok, Noel said that the productive sessions of the last album he has some good tracks for release. I don't know how much. Somewhere he says 12, and at other "two or three records". I choose to believe that he has 12 songs ready for an album and another portion ready to be recorded. But if the band want to release a record, do you guys think they will wait for Zak Starkey who drummed in this sessions? It seems plausible to me that Noel wants Starkey in the band. After all I remember back in April that Noel stated that he wants him in the band, but he said that future work with him in the band is not expected untill his current engagements with The Who are over with. Starkey is currently in tour and I remember that Daltrey and Townshaid said that they want to tour till Glastonbury in June 2007.

What I suppose is this thing: the band are waiting to include Zak Starkey as a bandmember and they will sign a recording contract around then. Thereafter I guess they will put the album as a band and will start tour for it around the fall next year.

You don't have to agree with me. It is just a speculation, which I base on the information I got from the press.

i hope zak starkey stays with the band he was great on the last tour. i don't think he'll join tho. i think he'll just do the same again and record and tour with the band as a musician but not be an official member of the band
