I think this must be a mistake.
The album comes out on March 2nd so can't see them releasing a single that day.
Also the official release date for BOTMI is Feb 23rd so they aren't going to do physical singles that close together.
I think the Feb 23rd date is right and it'll be another "bonus track" for pre ordering the album

Maybe it will get released as the third single in early April and the song will be available from February 23rd as a download/pre-order bonus track. Much like what happened with BOTMI.

But anyway, if it gets released on february 23rd, I won't listen to it. One of the things I hate about these long period of times between the announcement and the release of the album is that, when it comes out, you've already listened to a third of it. I wanna keep it as a surprise for when we have the full album (which will be two days later, when it comes out in Japan).

I still fucking love this, never heard it until Noel mentioned it but it's brilliant, whenever I play it on pub jukeboxes I always get (mostly middle-aged) guys asking me who's it by. I'm looking forward to Noel's take on this type of song Didn't Noel say there's shades of The Masterplan in Riverman as well? Opening tracks on Gallagher Albums are always absolute crackers, I mean the weakest are probably Turn Up The Sun and Fucking In The Bushes so it's really saying something so I'm confident this is going to be a fucking tune!  |

Wow, thank you for posting this. Excuse my ignorance, but this sounds pretty modern. I would have guessed it was made within the last decade. It sounds like something that would be relevant in modern music. Quite surprised it's from the 70's. |
