Great work! I think capturing a faithful likeness is one of the hardest things to achieve in drawing, and you've done a brilliant job on this portrait of Noel.

Eyes are too beady and he looks like he has some sort of skin disease. The hair is decent though.

It's not amazing, the likeness is off. The most important thing with portraits like these is getting the likeness perfect. I'm not saying this to be a dick, more so the artist knows what to improve on in future.
