I'm pretty sure i'm missing out a few players here, so let me know if there's anyone else who you think deserves to be up there

I'm glad I eventually saw "currently", as there is no Henry, who would fit in as third behind those two easily.
I'm not convinced by Suarez, he had two very good seasons with Liverpool but that's really it. Talented indeed, a vampire for sure, but I do wonder if he's an Adebayor (extreme example, I know), an RVP (note his absence in this poll)....someone who will ultimately fade (at least to some extent).
Augero has produced season after season after season. He gets my vote, easily.
PS Whatever happened to Ronaldinho? Such hype. All he was about were tricks and flicks. That goals vs. England is what his whole career was based on. Amazing how potential stars fade.
PPS I do doubt we'll ever see anyone better than Messi, ever.

I voted for him though becsuse this board is so pro city ( and I support city , but pre oasis ) I knew ageurro would win easy Henry to me takes a back seat to nobody , he was more than a striker , more like a midfield striker , at his best he was to me the most exciting plsyed to watch ( fowler more lethal as sniper ). But henry was special man ... and im not trying to be the old man here ..... But it's a fact ...MESSI is great but MESSI would not have had the space to be magical or The calls he gets to get penalty kicks if he played in 80 s or early 90 s. NEVERMIND the 70 s Like american football tne rules have been so relaxed and pro offense for TV tjst MESSI numbers are inflated , honestly the footy I watch today on both sides of the pond bare no resemblance to the game I grew up with .... Who knows how great henry WOULDA been had he had the space that MESSI gets in this era ? Or any of the magicians but Henry especially , and im no gunner fan

If it was of all time, i'd have included Henry for sure, in fact if you search a bit I had created one where Henry was on the list, he's my all time favourite footballer and im not even an Arsenal fan (thank God). As for Ronaldinho I disagree - he's easily the most naturally gifted player i've ever seen..watching him play was amazing, every touch on the ball was magical. Amazing player. Definitely one of the best.

He went to a lost team and made it champion of Europe in a couple of years. Being the absolute star. More than 99% of players have ever done.

I may be a biased City fan, but Kun Aguero, no doubt. He's been tearing it up so far this year... hope he gets better soon!

Amazing how potential stars fade. did you watch football in the early 2000s?!? the guy was unreal for PSG & barca (not bad for milan either). tricks & flicks, yes, but they were done in between all his goals and assists...that goal vs england was a side-note, not the pinnacle, and had very little to do with building his career. i mean he did win back to back FIFA PotY in '04 & '05. and thats 2 years after he scored the england goal... as for the vote; zlatan for sure. one of the few players who has proved himself time and again in multiple leagues. either way, he's definitely the most skillful on the list...
