help!!!! im going through this faze that i dont want to go through ... im starting not to dislike oasis but im sorda getting not bored but tired... i guess this faze had to happen when STC is coming out and since ive seen the the tracklisting im even more tired of it ... can some one please give me some helpful tips ... i know i will never not like oasis but i dont know what to do... ive started to move to other bands as well like the foo fighters and kasabian which is cool espcially kasabian but what can i do... or has anyone gone through a faze like this?

First off, How old are you? I found my two bands (smiths/Moz & Oasis) when I was like in my mid/late teens and to this day I still love them, do I love the Smiths like I used to? Yes, have I been bored with them? Yes, ofcourse. Ive gotten heavy into the Roses but, nothing like the Smiths and Oasis. I dig alot of other bands and thats cool. If oasis is your band and you feel bored/tired of them at times then thats alright but, if you feel like you dont like the songs anymore or even care to buy thier cds then move on. Yeah, its easy to get all pumped up and orgasmic bout the band when they got new material out and are touring but, a true fan rides it out through the 2-5yr wait. And should there never be any more new meterial as "Oasis" then you collect collect COLLECT all their stuff. I mean just look at all thems Beatles fans, who were 18-20 back in the 60s and are now 50/55yrs olds, the die hards ofcourse, do you think theyve never gotten a bit bored? Think bout it. Put your Oasis stuff away for a few weeks/months, then crank them out, and see how you feel.   |

Are you trying to say that u feel guilty for liking other bands? Yer CD rack must be very lonely if you just listened to OASIS and no one else. Variety is always a great thing Danny. |

it happens to everybody!!!!! i'm madferit but i don't listen to oasis ALL the time!!! i'm currently listening to muse's new album, RHCP, Kasabian, The Subways and a bit of Green Day no oasis no worries there |

probably because they are just an average band, with an ever declining live show.

oh and by the way kasabian is just an awful band. if you want some good music that is new i suggest the spinto band, islands, band of horses and for some older stuff pavement, the lemonheads, and the wrens.

no all of those bands are quite good in my opinion and pavement is probably the best band of the 90's along with oasis.
