Firstly,Im not arsed about the Greatest Hits. Everyone knew Noel wasnt keen on the idea so he wouldn't put much effort into it. So it really confuses me when people are so pissed off that new songs aren't on there.
However, the last couple of weeks ive been watching loads of live videos on youtube.
Liam sounds shite. A complete embarrassment.
Theres no way im going to more than one show on the next tour (if there is one). Im not paying more than £40 to see the same old songs sang badly, with a few new ones thrown in.
I used to want Oasis to Live Forever. Now i hope they dont. Its always best to be remembered, IMO, at the peak of your career. This Greatest Hits, will be their last. It will sell fuck loads, more than their last 3 and future to come probably.

i disagree with ya tez, i seen oasis 3 times last year, and each night was unbelievable, and i spent close to 300 on the tickets, every pound was worth it.
the thing with oasis is that they wont be around forever, so to see them live is somthing not to be taken for granted. im my opinion liams an excellent singer, plus liam has always meant more than just the voice, its his presecence and swagger on stage that adds to the performance
ps. like the picture

He should put some effort into turning his voice arround, cut out the cigs, go to a teacher, Jagger is having lessons, Bono cut out the smokes, Laim needs stop being lazy

I saw them last year at V and i felt exactly the same before they came on stage.. i was worried if Liam was going to 'hack' it and was nervous after seeing them at Glastonbury on TV but i from the minute he opened his mouth during Turn Up the Sun he sounded amazing.. i think he's putting more effort in thatn he did before

I saw them two times on last tour. Both times were amazing. Best days of my life. I was also worried a bit for Liam, but I didn´t notice any problem with his voice, allthough from bootlegs you can hear better his singing.

And if you get the first line wrong its sometimes a pisser to get back on track this issue has been talked about loads but its daft, imo. what do you lot want liam to do? give up drink, cigs and drugs? errrr ok.... why bother tho? you want a band like that, just go listen to fucking travis you know what liam would say if you said those things to his face? or if you told him you discussed them on an internet forum? lol. he'd laugh his tits off and tell you to go get pissed and laid im sure he could do a lot to improve his voice, but changing his own character shouldnt come into it as for the point about changing the setlists around - i totally agree with that one. however Noel has said many times he doesnt want to do that.

Its his life, its about what he wants. and if he has any sense his priorities will be his family and himself, above music. i just dont see him wanting to quit smoking and drinking at this stage in his life coz it obviously makes him happy. im not saying you need a cigarette to have attitude and swagger. but liams attitude and personality would never come up with the thought "ooo i better quit smoking coz it hurts my throat".... i cant see it happening within the next 10 years anyway...lol it just doesnt make sense to me for us to come on here saying liam should do this and that, when he can and will do whatever the fuck he wants! if that includes giving up smoking, good for him.

i see BOTH tez's point and daysleepers...
I think noel wants a CONTROLLED show.. hes had too many bad experiences at gigs and prolly wont "let go" and "take a chance" with mixing up set lists etc.. with Liam..
muthfucka if I see noel he and I are gonna have a chat bout bringing back some oldies and from BHN !
It'd take some convincing. but I'm the woman for the job trust me..hehe
