I'd love to join your game but all your lists are the same, and there's nothing to choose from

Guys...thats just my opinion. I know that i wont make friends with that opinion here but who cares. I respect Noel for what he did but i'm not a big fan of his voice, so pretty much everything he does (even if its great) i can't rate being huge. To me when liam sings a really shit song it sounds average. When he sings an average song its a good song and so on... I hope you get what i mean It's more or less the same for me, even though there are a few songs where I really love Noel's voice, but not many, while Liam ... My favorite songs of Liam's would be Born on a different cloud Don't brother me Flick of the finger Guess God thinks I'm Abel Love like a bomb The meaning of soul The morning son Pass me down the wine Shine a light Wigwam The world's not set in stone If they count, as it's probably just the lyrics by him: Take me Alice

1. Flick of the Finger 2. Soul Love 3. Songbird 4. Evil Eye 5. Born on a Different Cloud 6. World's Not Set In Stone (Did he write this? Bring the Light if not) 7. Start Anew 8. Boy With The Blues 9. Wigwam 10. Man of Misery 11. The Morning Son
Decent album I reckon. Totally take the point that it the songs span 10+ years but at the same time all bar 3 are Beady Eye efforts released between 2011 and 2013. Take the point again that a lot of his Beady Eye songs were old Oasis songs that he had lying around unfinished and that he got a lot of help from Andy and Gem, but at least he is finishing them and has improved a lot.
Don't think anyone would deny that Noel writes 5 good songs for every 1 good Liam song, and nobody in their right mind could argue against Noel being the better songwriter, but that's not really what the thread is about

Liam needs to ditch the 60s/Lennon obsession and work with a range of proven songwriters who write great pop-rock songs and will give him the quality material he needs to make people start listening again.
