If Noel did reject Four Letter Word for DOYS then he's an idiot. It would have fit perfectly with the rocking start to the album, I think it's the best song any of them have produced since the break up. Kill For A Dream is dreadful so I'm with him there. I quite like Millionaire, perhaps Noel couldn't get his head around a song about Salvador Dali. Millionaire is probably my favorite Beady Eye tune. I like the way the melody bends and twists. Here's what Noel had to say, from a 2011 NME interview: "'Millionaire' was gonna be on the last record, but I just cringed at the line, 'You've just got to know yourself'. I was like, 'Nooooo, not f***ing having that.' I thought it sounded like The Charlatans." There have been far, far worse lines than that in Oasis songs! In fact the Andy tune he chose had vomit-inducing lyrics throughout.

I could see Noel doing Evil Eye (with different lyrics)...apart from that, most of the songs don't really fit him. Flick of the Finger maybe.

No matter what era millionaire and FLW was from they should've been snapped up as oasis songs and much better than most of Andy bell's other oasis songs. Even the roller it has basically the same time frame and history as stop the clocks but is a much better song shame oasis never used it where stop the clocks shouldn't have been used as an album track for anyone

Gladly, he returned to his top form over the years. By the way, If I Had Gun and especially The Roller are the only two post Oasis songs I regularly hear in more or less obscure settings in public or on the radio in Germany. They would have surely been bigger charts hits under the Oasis flag anyway.

I believe that if FLW and Roller would've been under the oasis banner they'd been huge, but as one of your previous posts implies noel wouldn't been too happy. If oasis released FLW and TUTS in the 02-08 period andy bell would arguabably wrote 2 of the most rocking oasis songs and add in the roller as ballad? type hit Noel been outdone on few occasions.

'Stop The Clocks' should never had been written or released, and franklomax should never had been born. just kidding, Lomax - you goofy fuck. God bless.

The real question is : Which Noel song would Beady Eye be proud to have written ?

I said with TUTS and FLW wing commander bell would've wrote arguably 2 of the most rocking songs in the 02-08 period. Then add in the roller as an ballad which would've been a hit under the oasis banner, Was just to say in my opinon we couldve had good andy and gem songs on albums vs the good noel songs and the worse andy and gem songs which noel allowed on

The question should be: If Noel had Beady Eye's tracks in his vault, which ones would he have released?
