A "C. Griffiths" is credited as a songwriter of Rockin Chair. Anyone know anything about him?

Yeah, is Chris Griffiths from The Real People, who Noel and Liam recorded demos with back in the day (I think the versions of Alive and D'Yer Wanna Be A Spaceman? on Shakermaker were from those sessions).
When the Roll With It single first came out, only Noel was credited with writing Rockin' Chair. It was only when The Masterplan compilation came out a few years later that Chris was on there. Methinks his lawyers must have had a quiet word in the meantime.

But yeah, the rumor does sound like BS.

Chris Griffiths wrote part the lyrics for Columbia, with Liam providing the rest apparently.
Tony Griffiths also does the backing vocals on Supersonic.

Chris Griffiths wrote part the lyrics for Columbia,. He didn't formally write them though? As far as I know, he just always went around the place in his scouse accent saying "There we were now here we are" and the lads thought, right, I'll nick that! (i may be wrong, just something rings a bell in my head!)
