For me, at the moment, it's got to be "All Along the Watchtower". The solos go so perfectly with the song that it really makes you appreciate just how godlike Jimi really was.

Not fully familiar with all Jimi's catalogue but Voodoo Child (Slight Return - the 5 min version) and Axis Bold as Love are my favourites.

Got to be Purple Haze for me. He made some really great tracks but that one stands alone.

Really hard to pick just one but I probably play Voodoo Child (Slight Return) the most. One of the most quintessential songs by Jimi because it displays his excellent songwriting skills along with his one of a kind playing. It is a fury of thunderous distortion that strikes like lighting.
