ENG-ER-LAND!! Best part of the buildup to the World Cup are the songs. Nothing ever is going to be released that tops the two versions of Three Lions, nor Vindaloo. France 98 really spawned this as a genre. And as the Official Song is utter shite, per usual - which I will post first to get that abomination out of the way - it's the fans' efforts which can be quite good. Any additions will be made in subsequent posts. So with that, let's kick off - The Official England 2014 World Cup Song: (It truly is woeful)

The best one's I've found created for 2014 so far -
This one is class:
The other two aren't terribly good, but it's still a wee bit early yet. More will come along.

And some good recycled ones from recent past. 2006 spawned quite a few good ones. And the Dizze Rascal one from 2010 is actually rather epic.
Very good one, probably the best from 2006 -This one is brilliant from 2006, too -Here's the Dizze Rascal/James Cordon One from 2010 -These next 3 are good to get you in the mood:Tempted to classify this one as a classic (The Video isn't half bad either, ) -Good one from Euro 2004 -The remaining 4 in this specific post are average, the one's above are the better picks. But why the hell not?:

And the classics -
Three Lions 96: Three Lions 98:Vindaloo: And while not a classic, it's another Fat Les attempt I stumbled upon:This thread is a work in progress. But that's enough to be getting on with for now. Post any decent ones you come across.ENG-ER-LAND!!

I'm sure Eez-eh is some sort of football chant, how about that? It's humourous and non-serious feel would match the England World Cup campaign no end.

Hey there! Thanks for noticing what we are telling the world we appreciate it, because we are the guys who done the World Cup song that you had as first on your favourite list! are pleased you agree and these are what the papers are saying too: The Daily Mirror bit.ly/1kD0CWX The Daily Star shr.gs/oASde5e And now we need to get it viral to let everyone else see it to agree to make it the new craze & anthem of the summer, so can you put it about too if you agree. Here is the actual song on I-tunes where the money from the sales goes to TheBobbyMooreFund/CancerResearchUK itunes.apple.com/gb/album/well-do-it-again/id870893136?i=870893140&uo=4 Everyone do "The Buster Dance" LOL.

Errrr no 'World In Motion'? That and Three Lions are the ONLY England world cup songs worth speaking of. Vindaloo is ok to.

I don't know if this ones been mentioned but is there one called 'Go England' to the tune of 'Going Underground' by The Jam?
Im sure I remember that from World Cup 2002... I'm gonna look like such a dickhead if it doesn't exist...

I'll have a whip round on YouTube when I get home.....I may actually have it on my external which I got in 2008 but has a few things dating even back to circa 2004ish so it may be on there, too. But it does exist.

99% of England football songs are so shit - it should be a criminal offence for anyone to write one these days.
Admittedly, Three Lions is a catchy tune and does not pander to the Nuts reading, chest beating neanderthals who vote BNP in all the other songs.
But there's one exception of course, and I CANNOT believe you have listed so many shit songs without mentioning the one true quality one which is New Order - World In Motion. I'm Scottish and I hate myself for loving the song because it's brilliant - though John Barnes and Paul Gascoigne were awesome characters so I'm willing to forgive that England side. They actually had very likeable players back then.
Kasabian though would fit well with this England team though by writing an anthem - utter shite and not as good as they think they are.

Omid Djalili (Plus celebrity guests)
Not the best but the Salma Hayek as Danny Wellbeck line has had me giggling for days.
I almost like this one because it got stuck in my head but at the same time its deliberately terrible (i hope).
And no world cup song conversation is right without this absolute gem.
My actual favourite one is this. Jerusalem is such a great song.
