This thread is brought to you and inspired by Noel's choice on the matter - the Starbar. For which he drunkenly exclaimed in a hilarious interview with the BBC, and reminisced in the subsequent memory game played a few weeks later, "What a snack! What a snack!"
I don't know what the fuck a Starbar is, but it's included in Noel's honor, and seeing that this thread is devoted to Noel and his Starbar snack, its inclusion seemed most appropriate.
The other candy bars listed AFTER Tobolorone are the only UK ones that I remember as a child - I loved Fingers, I loved the white chocolate goodness of Buttons, but my favorite when in the UK was the Mars Bar.
Seeing as I'm not in the UK any longer, I have voted for the Milky Way - seeing that it is, erm, well, my favorite. And it's damn close to being a Mars Bar in any case, if not entirely.
With Recces Peanut Butter Cups being a very close second because after all (sings softly: they're my wonderwall), there's no wrong way to eat them. Munch!
Note: I am well aware you can find the odd Mars Bar in New York City. But no, the Mars Bar does not, for all intents and purposes, exist in the land of the free fat.
The majority (those above the Tobolorone DMZ line) are American, because I'm in the US and well the US kicks ass, except when it doesn't.
But if it's one thing the US knows it's gluttony, and calories, and fat people, so it seems fitting that the US has taken over the candy market share just as it imperially takes over the world. Viva George W. Bush!
Now head to ye polls.
What snack makes you exclaim: "What a Snack! What a Snack!"?

I voted Butter Finger the most sugar and chocolate teeth sticking goodness. That's so true. It does cloyingly stick to your teeth. One of the reasons why it doesn't even crack my top 5.

Star bars are brilliant, I'd agree with noel there. Had one the other day, first time in a while, and it was fucking beautiful. If you've heard of a boost bar? Then a star bar is like that but it has nuts in too. If you've not heard of a boost then I can't help you, but trust me, star bars are quality.

Another favourite candy bar is Bounty. The coconut filling makes it unique. I read on wiki that they're not selling it in US. It's a shame.

And still no love for the Double Decker.
I've noticed there's been some great threads popping up in the last couple of days, this is one of them.

Crazy how many candy bar brands are similar to each other.

Crazy how many candy bar brands are similar to each other. Just looked and almond joy is Hershey's (which is disgusting chocolate) Bounty is made by Mars so they might make an equivalent like they do there with Milky Way etc
