Plus Zeb stood in for Mike in 2000

Plus Strangeboy from 1999 occasionally did live stuff as well

Pre Mike Bonehead played piano/ keys a bit, such as Cast No Shadow There and Then, Live Forever & Whatever MTV

According to the IMDb of There and Then there was no other piano/ keyboardist listed (Neil Harrison is John in the Bootleg Beatles)
