People go mad to more BE songs than to any NGHFB tunes live. It's a different kind of audience, isn't it?  BE is a rock 'n roll band...you're supposed to go mad to them. Noel does the introspective and singalong stuff. |

I don´t really understand when people say "show some pride and play your own songs" They did it the hard way for their first tour and left the oasis songs out. Now they are doing 2 songs of the Band they were in for at least 9 years (well...andy and gem). Liam sang those tunes since forever, so why not now? It´s not like they´re playing half of the gig oasis (noel) tunes. I´d also love to hear some Oasis-LAG-Tunes but going mad when their doing C&A is not worse than going mad for TUTS or BTL or FLW...
They could have also gone the easiest way as (New?)Oasis, only play Oasis tunes, write some new songs under the name of Oasis and they would have bigger gigs than now, sold more Albums than now... So I think they actually went a way they can be "proud" of and did their own "thing" and don´t forget their past as Oasis was a huge part for 4 Members of BE

The people who are fans get 14 LAG songs. Then 2 oasis songs which is 99% of fans love cos they love oasis. They get the songs they watch on YT or familiar to millions etc etc with only 1 one main member missing which is something they'd never thought they'd see again or something like that |

just thought about this replying to that Stand By Me cover in the Oasis section :
I actually like their versions of Live Forever and Wonderwall.
but I really hate them playing Rock n Roll Star, Morning Glory and C&A. same way we hear those songs since 94/95. and since Liam always claims he loves Be Here Now and Rockin Chair, just play them - people will go nuts. not just at the show, but it'll be good publicity. you know how things fly around on the net.

Don' t agree with what has been said here that ppl coming to BDI gigs are into BDI songs (that sounds) but ppl coming to NGHFB like his solo songs, but u can hear it from the bar when an Oasis oldie is being played.
I guess some ppl udon' t appreciate enough BDI for their effort to find their new identity especially during the previous tour when promoting DGSS.

What's wrong with saying people that go to BE gigs are into their song and people that go to see NGHFB are into Noel's songs?
They obviously go mad at the Oasis songs, but really, they are Oasis fans, the Gallaghers were part of Oasis!
I've been to see both of them, and believe me If I Had A Gun or Everybody's On The Run get the same reaction as you know, Whatever or something like that
