but I think the more distance to Oasis, the better the chance to find a bigger fanbase. Becaues Oasis fans are mostly either "that sounds weird (not like oasis) and has no chorus" or "that sounds like they try to be Oasis". The best would be cancelling playing noel written songs and be more creative with stage settings, lightnigs, videos etc. they don`t need to be as big as Oasis, but I think if they would become more psychedelic like Primal Scream, The Warlocks etc. they have the chance to get into this fanbase of stoner and psychedlic fans, which is a great section for bands, because these people really are into songs, not pop songs which need clear strucutres etc. It's a difficult topic, no question. To be brutally honest I can't see Andy "Ride"ing the band into new territories, at the moment I doubt Beady Eye will release another album at all. Instead of a sharp change of direction we're gonna see Beady Eye take a break for a bit I reckon.

Well given the fact that videos are a little useless nowadays, I'm guessing they decided they would put a minimum of effort in them. The important thing is that the songs gets played.
