I'd never seen this before either and I thought I'd seen everything so thanks for that. Amazing quality.
I always sense a certain fatigue in their 1997 perfomances and this is the same. Some sort of spark missing. It doesn't help that they always seemed to be wearing black or beige that year.

This video is actually alot more rare than another version of it... This is the original sound thats on the video, the more widely spread version is a quibe bad Soundboard audio dubbed over the top
I prefer the first night to the second night, the band seem alot more up for it.

As someone who has seen ever single gig in NYC, NEW JERSEY , OASIS has ever played. , that bothers me a bit , it's not like there Springsteen there and play 12-14 nights and can be exuses for a off night. I've seen them at the beacon on a 3 night run , and so on , and they always seem to have one night where depending how u view it are either madferit more or not as madferit ,shame really cause it's not like they hit the city a million times ....I loved every gig but I to saw a difference .... For instance much to my displeasure the Staten Island show where I grew up across the narrows. Was. Not near as good as the beacon nights I was depressed but that's what makes the brothers so maddening, like me they where there heart on sleeve and sadly it effects some gigs if we are brutally honest |

Its the luck of the draw mate, I saw Oasis around 30 times between 1997-2009 and some gigs they seemed really up for it, and other gigs they seemed to be going through the motions. Its the same with Beady Eye now, I remember seeing them in Paris and after the gig putting something on facebook like "Liam is either on drugs or really excited about something tonight"... Then other gigs he hardly talks or acknowledges the crowd etc.. I suppose its their mood at the end of the day, usually the gigs are better if Liam's pissed off about something imo.. eg. Wembley 2000  |

Wembley 2nd night still remains one of the best gigs I've ever been to.
Yeh of course when people watch th video or listen to the gig say it was terrible, Liam couldnt sing etc
But being there was different, the weather was absolutely stunning, I didnt see one bit of trouble there the whole day and the gig was amazing
