It says 5 minutes walk from Brussels Central station and there's a lot of hotels and hostels around there, so you should be find one.
I don't know where you're coming from, but if you're from UK and happen to travel to Brussels by Eurostar, you'll arrive in Brussels Midi/Zuid station and it's NOT the central station, so you should take a train or bus to the Central station (it only takes a few minutes).

I've never been to Cirqus Royale, but been to Forest National for Kasabian last year.

Cirque Royal is right in the center, 5 minutes walking distance from the central station or so, so if you look in that neighbourhood you'll be fine

I've been to Cirque Royal, didn't know they were playing there this time round (just supposed it was the AB like always). I'm quite surprised I must say, saw Kasabian there 2 years ago and they didn't sell it out!
