Yeah, that interview revealed practically nothing about any of them. They don't seem very inspired or motivated.
Liam sort of blasted Dave Sitek with a big long "ehhhh". Didn't say anything good about him other than something like "Yeah, he's not just a producer but a musician, I like that."
However, they did make it very clear that they let whoever manages them do all the work, They don't bother with checking in. Makes sense.

But lets face it, they're not going to book every gig for themselves are they.

Voice is pretty good, especially on off at the next exit. I think that Liam got a bit out of tune in BATB chorus (the first time)...

Sounds a great couple of songs. Would LOVE to hear Evil Eye at some point but its great they did some different songs.

not a fan of BATB.. but man Off At the Next Exit is great. Beady eye's All Around The World.. why did they keep this as a bonus track? they could have made something big with this one

I just wish Liam would stop singing through his nose.

Good set though, and other than the nasally vocals, it was impressive.

-Sorry to say this, but most of the time he's out of tune... -I really like OATNE though, amazing song. And Liam is singing OK there. -Even though I like Iz Right, didn't really like his performance here.
I'll always love Liam, and still think he's an amazing rock 'n roll frontman, but as far as his singing capacities are concerned... It's too nasal, and out of tune a lot of time. It's better than his shouting during the DOYS/DBTT tour, but still. I can't imagine anyone listening to this and thinking: "wow, this guys' voice is unique, I should check out some of his other stuff." whereas up to 10 years ago this definitely was the case. Now we're just happy when it isn't too bad...
Mind you, I still like BDI/Liam/the second album, just needed to get this of my chest. Even when people saying that "he's sounding good", it's just good for Liam, but still not actually "good" singing...

Did you record that? Because the proper thing to do is give credit to the taper, Birchy. It only takes one extra sentence on the description.
