Just can't understand why are ppl so obsessed with taking videos or pictures especially the first rows... I mean, u never reach the pro shoot quality and to have a few blurry pictures..is it really worth? Nothing agains few people, but when u look at the crowd these days, fuck me..it is like a xmas tree.

Personally If I go to a gig and want to really "have it" somewhere in the front I just wanna enjoy the music sing and to have fun not to hold the camera. And then there are gigs when I fancy just standing at the middle or at the back with a pint I just can't be bothered to record anything.

came to my mind when was in BE section, but I applies to all rock n roll gigs. Don't know how are things when u go to see Adele or anything eles. Any thoughts on this?

I used to take pictures at gigs. I go to many gigs and mostly I'm in the front row, stick to the barrier or stage.

Recently I've stopped to take pictures during gigs for respecting the bands/singers who play at front of me.
If I was one of them, I wouldn't be happy to face a camera (with flash light) aimed at you while you're playing.

I hate when so many people holding their iPhone during a gig and many of them are busy with sending the picture/video to friends during a gig.

I've learnt to enjoy every single moment of a gig cos not one gig is same as other ones.

And from all the pictures the only one I kept is me & Liam and that was long long time ago.
