The Toronto gig was great, and on the drive home it occured to me that I really had a 1 word impression for each album so far. Here goes:
DM: Guitars (loud, proud, guitar rock)
WTSMG: Classic (each song is it's own)
BHN: Loud (as in wall of sound loud)
SOTSOG: Sonic (in a trippy way)
HC: Jazzy (just the style of melodies)
DBTT: New (as in a new sound)
Come on - what are your 1 word that best describes the albums???

That's great to see that everyone has a good impression of DBTT. Very nice to hear after three albums which, although good, weren't so undeniably Oasis.

In some longer lines:
DM: Was a great album about escaping shite live, and brought the youth of then their identity. Like the Arctic Monkeys might gonna form right now. Legendary.
The time everyone was celebrating their life with in a cocaine hysteria!
MG: Gave me the feeling like The Beatles give me. My absolute favourite album of all time !
BHN: Height of Britpop. For some people it was dissapointing after a absolute break-through classic like Morning Glory. For me it is a veru good album with a big sound, huge!
SOTSOG: Great refreshing psycodelic album after a rock 'n' roll blaster as BHN. All those wisedoms and psycho loops reminds me of some of the John Lennon stuff.
HC: Very dissapointing. Only Hindu Times, SCYHO, Songbird and BOADC are good tunes. Rest of it sounds very unambitious to me.
DBTT: Great refreshing sound, uplifting military beats by the son of Ringo Starr, great tunes, classis ballad (LTBL), looks like they are climbing up to the top of the mountain again ! A great reborn, let's hope they will grow up in a swarm of glory ! MADFERIT !!!
