I have to admit the only new band I listen to is Beady Eye..the rest is all Oasis, Feeder, The Verve, Snow Patrol, Pink Floyd, The Beatles etc..
I'm not a fan of new music tbh

The Twilight Sad Broken Records The National Frightened Rabbit Patti Smith (Not a band, but she deserves to be mentioned here) Weller (same reason as Patti) Moz (of course!) Sigur Ros The Magnetic North Temples and I'm still loving Beach House's album. It was so good, and is still so good. Not much changed since my last post a couple of years ago, but I certainly have to add a few more: Mogwai Daughter Erland and The Carnivals The Coral Cat Power (Not a band, but she deserves to be mentioned here) Damien Rice She Keeps Bees Beach House

What, no one said that band's last album had to be good. And they just needed to ne (still) active, right?

A friend of mine was blasting a song by them on his car stereo and I questioned his taste. No offence, but maybe it was not one of their best...

Rival Sons. Strongly recommend them to everyone who likes Led Zep and riff-based rock. What a band!
