I don't think LTBL was played. Where did this rumor even begin?

it came from an article on a korean paper but I seriously doubt they played it. why the fuck would they leave that song out of the setlist in the UK and play it in Korea just a month away from the tour's end? it makes no sense to me.....

Yeah I just read that article. They also said that Oasis played a song called "Layla".

Concert was fuckin' ace! Was very impressed. Even better than Summersonic! Setlist 1. FITB 2. Turn Up The Sun 3. Lyla 4. Bring It On Down 5. Morning Glory 6. Cigarettes & Alcohol 7. The Importance of Being Idle 8. Masterplan 9. Songbird 10. A Bell Will Ring 11. Acquiesce 12. Live Forever 13. Mucky Fingers 14. Wonderwall 15. Champagne Supernova 16. Rock 'N' Roll Star ENCORE 17. Guess God Thinks I'm Abel 18. The Meaning of Soul 19. Don't Look Back In Anger 20. My Generation "Let There Be Love" was played over the loudspeakers as everyone was leaving at the end. Not live. I have film footage of that part as well as a few other songs. I'm at work now, but I'll try to upload later today.

That's what they did at Aberdeen in December (played it at the end when everyone was leaving, I mean)

Here's a couple photos for the meantime. I also have some footage but my girlfriend is in some of it and she wants me to edit her out! Working on it! Overall, the gig was great! Liam had his usual mic problems throughout the night, but it didn't take away from anything. All mics could have been a bit louder come to think of it, but still everything went well. They talked to the crowd a bit. Not bad considering 95% of the crowd didn't speak English as their first language. They certainly played with far more enthusiasm than the last time I saw them in Japan. The crowd was pretty nuts, too! Andy apparently had a bad cold and stood there like a statue for most of the show, but he gave a humourous and appreciative salute when he came out for the encore. Kind of like a goofy soldier reporting for duty! BTW, I was wearing the exact same sweater as Andy! What are the odds?! It was great to hear Acquiesce and the Masterplan live. Amazing! All around great show! I do have one question about the pre-gig music: They played a variety of stuff (Kasabian, Jam, Roses) but there was one song that was instrumental only. It sounded like some sort of "1960s church organ music". Really powerful cool retro-sounding song. They also played "Liar Liar" by the Castaways. It sounded something like "Liar Liar" but deeper and more powerful. Kind of a like an obscure Iron Butterfly/Doors thing. Any ideas? It was really cool!

that pre gig music, some of it was totally weird, others like stone roses and jam and the beatles and led zep were awesome. but some i was like wtf??? same setlist all tour i think, just changing tlak tonight and the masterplan? well thats what they did apparently at the south korea gig, and the both times i saw them in sydney and singapore
crowd in singapore was shit -.- apparently right up the front in the most expensive section it was alive, but i was in the front of the second section and it was pretty damned dull, and i was thinking WHATS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?? they just stood and blocked the view, and i felt like slapping them. either get into it, or move to the fucking back! and some guy inf ront of me was like 'did they really say when we were getting high?' argh! you'd think he would have already known the lyrics to champage supernova, considering its on of their biggest songs. i dont know if thats unreasonable of me to expect, but i found it annoying either way.
sorry just had to rant. im glad the south korean gig went well, liam said in a singapore interview that the crowd in S Korean was fuckin outrageous =) i wish it had been the same in singapore.
and one more thing. people in singpaore seem to be suprised by the most basic things about oasis. like, wow, they dont jump and down on stage. or wow, liam swears when he speaks. how is that newsworthy or in anyway suprising? the gig review in Straits Times this morning just seemed to focus on them standing till but how thats okay though. i guess its to be expected but its jsut that you wish someone with a bit more knowldege about oasis interviewed them. i mean, how times have the press asked 'so, whats the relationship with your brother?' they havent had a major public fight since like 2000, get over it!
