I know nothing about this except that Noel, Paul McCartney, and Paul Weller (and Johnny Depp?) collaborated for the Help! Charity album in 1995...does anyone have any more information? I thought Noel had never played with Paul...

Noel appears twice on that album, with Oasis and the aforementioned "band." Johnny Depp wasn't in the Smokin' Mojo Filters, but he did collaborate with Oasis on that album. That song is the acoustic version of Fade Away, which is also on the Japanese DGA single.

The Smokin' Mojo Filters did a version of Come Together, which had a promo video and was also released as a single and sounded pretty much like the Beatles version. It was just a novelty name for the group; they never did anything else.
