Noel needs to do an all acoustic album and do a mini tour for it like when he gigged for Stop The Clocks. Lord knows he has the tunes for it.

noels better when he plays simplistic.
the broken arrow demo is alot better than the album version imo just perfect in its simple form.

- AA project released in some format

That plodding electric guitar on the record of If I Had A Gun really killed any interest I had in the song and the overused ah, ah, ah, aha's didn't help either. The Broken Arrow demo is pretty good - the only demo on that disc that sounded any good imo, but it can't compare to the record for me. Unlike the other tracks on HFB, the drums are great and it almost had a kind of groove to it which I'd like to see more of from Noel.

Id like to see more experimentation on the next album but I cant see it happening because HFB went platinum so why fix something that's not broken right?

I was washing the dishes listening to this. It suffices to say that he was impressed, as he got off his arse watching the TV to wonder who it was. |

I remember when Noel was doing these promo acoustic radio shows and talk was what happened to Noel's voice and why was he sounding shaky. Looking back at some of the performances, some of that was jumping the gun a bit.

I wish this song would have popped up as an acoustic only b-side just like AKA...What A Life! Would be an interesting and fun addition to our Oasis libraries.

I think the structure of the song was ruined by having those ahhs and then back to the verse, instead of how we originally heard it at the soundcheck where it just went straight to the chorus. If I remember rightly, didn't Noel say that Sardy had a word with him about his song structures after he sent him his home demos? Got a feeling Sardy is reponsible for fucking this up.
