I adore this song, and having read in a thread earlier on that it's been removed from YouTube, I'm quietly optimistic that it might make the cut with a new version.
Would love to see it on there.

Noel mentioned it being planned for his next album to the forum member Jeff Slate, I believe. When Jeff talked to him, I think it was end of 2011 or beginning of 2012 Noel had told him he already had the tracks for his next album planned out.

I like the tune, but not as much as Freaky Teeth which is kinda similar. I would like to see a fully realised Freaky Teeth instead, could be his best rocker in ages I think. It sounds brilliant live, though the demo is atrocious. I think out of the leaked tunes, barring The Dying of the Light, Let It Come Down Over Me is the best.

I'm not sure why Noel just didn't put it on High Flying Birds. It would have worked perfectly right before Soldier Boys and Jesus Freaks. That album could have used a nice sinister little rocker. I wonder what the AA version would have sounded like? Too straight forward for what I'd imagine them doing to it.

I'd love an EP from Noel with some of these songs. Not arsed about if it would be a number one or anything but as a fan I would love him to just release something unexpected to clear the decks. 01. Come on Outside 02. Revolution Song 03. Let It Come Down Over Me 04. Freaky Teeth I am aware there is next to no chance of him doing anything like that but I would love it of he did

I'm hoping he doesn't put it on his next album because its crying out for liams vocals (everybody's on the run should of been a liam song too) would be awesome if it was kept back for an oasis reunion album (thats being hopeful) but then again it would be foolish to leave such a powerful song off that could certainly make a strong single on his next album.

I think there is no way Noel is leaving off songs from his albums in anticipation that one day he might feel like getting Liam to sing them. Even Liam doesn't think they'll make another album together. As for EOTR. Frankly I'm glad to to not have to hear: You can't fight the FEELING (last word shouted quickly instead of how it should be) same vocal pattern repeated on every verse melody. Hang in there LO(Liam pulls away from mic) You gotta hold ON (Liam barks the last word Everybody's on the RU Everybody's on the RU EOTR fits Noel's voice so much better nowadays than it would Liam's voice. It's epic with sustained notes and really not that much room for breathing sometimes. Liam can barely finish the lines of Morning Glory! EOTR would kill his voice then Liam's voice would butcher it right back.

To be fair liam could finish the notes if he wanted hes proved that in acoustic sessions, he just likes doing the angry vocal routine on stage , I personally think its suites morning glory the way he does it, if liam had sung EOTR it wouldnt of been the same structure as the way noel sings it, Noel nails it but liam would've taken it in a different direction. I imagine it slightly like 'the turning' on DOYS. Hang in there LO(Liam pulls away from mic) You gotta hold ON (Liam barks the last word Everybody's on the RU Everybody's on the RUstill sounds like it still could be a monster live.

it is more than a monster live Highlight for me from Noel's show. Surprised he didn't open with it more often. It's so powerful. Although the lyrical meaning of IGTBF was poignant as well. I hate hearing Liam choke of the end of beautiful melodic lines. I think it would lose something if it lost those sustained notes at the end of the melodic lines. Never thought I'd see the day that Oasis fans insisted Liam should play more acoustic frankly. I guess everyone truly is getting older.

You're very lucky to have seen him in a small venue in the UK. What a great first gig to go to.

PUIRSUT! anyway, would sound as the other people said before I post this nonsense. but Liam's now at his best with softer vocals, I guess. but remember back in 2008... he still had fucking POWER, man. those 'I'm outta time' at the end are fucking HUGE.
