As summer gets ready to rear its all-too-fleeting head, it’s that time once again when we at Live4ever take a look back through the many top quality albums to have passed our way since the new year rolled in to view. From that list we’ve picked out ten records which have particularly had our writers’ juices flowing during the past six months for you to take a look through. As ever, Live4ever’s Essential Listening series doesn’t aim to preach, it merely aims to recommend some of our own favourite releases which we hope you’ll share a passion for. Check em out here: www.live4ever.uk.com/2013/06/live4evers-essential-listening-ten-albums-of-2013-so-far/#ixzz2XRXsNp2Q

Good to see Villagers in there it's really a brilliant album. I'll give the whole thing a proper read later on!!

Glad to see The Men there, but I bit too rockist for my taste. Lots of good stuff though!

Good to see I Am Kloot get what they deserve.
I've seen Peace at London Calling last year. The singer tried so hard to be Julian Casablanca look-a-like.
The nemuber 1 and 2 are quite right.
PS: Where's "Trouble Will Find Me", Elias?
