It could be live, at a gig you went to, or an acoustic/live performance you heard on the radio, MP3, or saw on television... Maybe it was Zak going nuts at the end of R N RS? Or it could have been the way Liam really went for those vocals on a particular song... anything is fair game, DBTT or further back, but it has to be something that was performed this year... Also, it may be tough, but TRY to limit it to one or two performances... Mine: FOR A LIVE PERFORMANCE.... DLBIA at Madison Square Garden, when we were all singin' along to the chorous, and it was so defening that I couldn't hear the words comin' out of my own mouth AND AS FAR AS A PERFORMANCE THAT I HEARD: Man, it HAS to be the Noel acoustic version of LTBL recorded off of Radio Deejay in Italy... MAN WHAT A PERFORMANCE

Live Performance = Lyla at Cardiff the other week, was right in the middle of the pit, everyone was bouncing along, was nuts.
Performance on the TV = Turn Up The Sun from the Manchester Broadcast, everyone bouncing up and down just on the intro was amazing.
Loads of others though, thats my top two! Cheers!

This is hard!
SYDNEY 29th Nov: their performance of 'Talk Tonight' - although a fantastic rendition, it was more that they did it, and that it was electric - it was a total surprise - I was moved to tears!
RADIO ONE with Jo Whiley, 25th Aug: 'Wonderwall' - and any other recent acoustic versions of this song - just gorgeous, sung with so much feeling. I love this new interpretation of the song. Also TIOBI from this session was great too.
And of course I have to include Noel's 'performance' on the Jonathan Ross show - calling him a "Cockney C***" - hilarious!

I'd have to go with Rock n' Roll Star at the house of blues in Las Vegas. Actually any song because I was right in front of Noel against the rail. All in all it was a fucking good year to be an Oasis fan.

And of course I have to include Noel's 'performance' on the Jonathan Ross show - calling him a "Cockney C***" - hilarious! I LOVED that... at that point when Noel said it I was like, "Finally!! THANK you, Noel..." and my wife was like, "yeah, that guy is SO FUCKING ANNOYING!" ... And do you notice after Noel called him that Ross laughed and AGREED with him, because he knew he was correct! ;D

Hollywood Bowl - Live Forever solo. It was then I couldnt believe that Noel Gallagher the genius was right there in person playing the famous solo. And his little modification to it sounded incredible. Unforgettable.
