makes me want to see the world or something, im really considering travelling itll be the best thing youll ever do. My uncle is a kinda 'hippy' he works at home for a year, saves up enough to last him and buggers off until his money runs out. I really do envy him. Love sitting in the pub listenin to his stories

Do it properly tho, take a hiking bag with your essentials, then just piss off and see where you go.
whatever you do tho, dont just go to a 3 star hotel and go on a few excursions then say you've seen the place. You wont have.

Love sitting in the pub listenin to his stories What does he do, out of interest? haha I asked WITB too ! he said on another thread : ~ well, hes never lived in one place for more than 2 years. He just works as a plasterer, getting very good money! then buggers off for a couple of years. His favourite trip was to india for 13 months. He said you could live like a king for £4 a week. His most memourable time was visiting a local school. He bought the whole school (only about 30 pupils) pens and paper to last for a year as well as a desk and chair for very pupil. All for about £10. They still send him letters now, 3 years on. Also idulges in the hippy stereotype of drug taking. Hes never sober bless him.

I love WFL too. It took a while before I realised how good it is - it's just so monolithic and all-encompassing - the lyrics are so simple but it really works because the song is so big. The video clip really suits the song.
I love the line "Now there's a million years Between my fantasies and fears"
A great song.

one of the greatest noel's lyrics. i love the video, but the atmosphere that the song creates is fantastic, the reverse guitar, i love, in my top 10 of course

Personally I like the song but prefer the Noel acoustic versions (like the one he did for MTV), Liam's voice sounds weird on the album version - a bit too much of a Beatles pastiche. I don't think it should have been a single.
