As I said it was just a thought and June the 10th still can't come soon enough for me!. I just find it kinda funny how we treat our favourite bands like our football teams. They can play like shit, but as long as they have a star player we still love em and cheer them on and it only takes a moment of genius to change the game!!!.
Here's hoping for a of genius on this album!!!

And the albums are filled with abseloutely awful awful songs. No melody, nothing. I hate how he takes inspiration to shitty hip hop and rap shite. About 8 or 9 decent songs from that many albums is an awful solo career in my opinion. However I love the stone roses. |

We are merely picking out the best songs and your talkng shite saying that the songs mentioned are only decent songs. FEAR for example is a landmark song in his career with or without the stone roses - a song that truly stands the test of time. I can listen to Golden Greats or Unfinished monkey business right through barring the occasional skip. So right there is 20 odd tracks that I rate highly and I'm sure a lot of other do. It's pretty poor to make a sweeping generalisation that someone's solo career is fucking awful when you've probably not listened to half the material. |

Ian Brown's greatest hits album is excellent, and that doesn't include either of his last two albums. The World Is Yours is his best solo work imo and a genuinely good album, and My Way is decent enough including a couple of excellent songs.
