The high point has to be Flick of the Finger. I say it beats The Morning Son for me - partly because it was a surprise to hear.
This is a song that swaggers just like Liam Gallagher, and is effortlessly cool. The brass, the guitar riff and Liam's vocals with confident lyrics makes it a sublime track.

Best:
All of WOMR - stunning song, should have opened the album IMO (cos I'm the only one who doesnt like FLW) The harmonica and "woooo"s in Wind up Dream The buildup and solo of The Morning Sun
Worst: ITBWTB starts off great but goes nowhere fast once the verse/chorus pattern is done SBOTA
That's just off the top of my head. IMO there's plenty to like about Beady Eye. That doesnt mean there's no areas for improvement, but I really like 95% of what we've got from them, tracks and gigs included.

Best: Four Letter Word, Flick Of The Finger, The Roller and Chris Sharrock's drumming. Worst: Noel's bass work during live performances is excellent. Russel does a great job! Sadly the same can't be said for BE. Hopefully Jay coming in will change that.

I rarely seek out BDI tracks because of an urge to hear them. Haven't listened to SBOTA in over a week easy.

Best so far The lyrics... Have we decided if we like being part of the plan? The sands are shifting and there's nowhere to land, It's on, It doesn't matter if all the best tickets are sold, And all the old stories are told, I know, You're gonna tell me you hear every word I say, But the future gets written today Love the flow, Liam's delivery and vocals, and they actually seem to have a meaning - the future and how we're all doomed and need to resist, but noones listening. That's how I see it anyway, the spoken outro continues this theme also. Love this verse. The worst? Probably Standing on the edge of the noise.. Everything about that song is a mess Also, the majority of Kill for a dream makes me cringe as does 'I phone my love just to hear her smile'... Shudder.. After Flick of the Finger it was even more cringey

Best: -Flick of the Finger, the whole song especially the brass section is killer -outro to Wigwam. Could be repetitive to some people but I like it
Worst: -lyrics to 2nd Bite of the Apple -the song Beatles and Stones

The point is that I am interested in any Oasis related release, but after the initial number of listens I rarely listen to it unless it comes on as I have all my music on random. I don't seek it out really. And for the record .... you are not qualified to call me "luv".
