Tiger double bogey'd to finish. 1 over 71, currently 7 back lol.
Looks like he didn't even wait around to choke on the weekend this time.

Jim Furyk has been choking like a dog last few years in big tournaments, will be interesting to see if he does it again.

Golf has the worst tv coverage in all of sports.
So the FedEx cup leaders will tee off on Thursday morning and we won't see a single shot hit by them because they'll already be done by the time scheduled broadcast starts.
Unfathomable and inexcusable in the year 2013.

Unfathomable and inexcusable in the year 2013. What about golf Chanel ?? Are they gonna televise the who le event I haven't checked ? Tbh I never liked the fed ex cup ....it was designed after NASCAR race for the chase ...NASCAR mistakingly thought it would increase excitement and ratings .....they were wrong viewership is down because now people don't tune in as much to the first 26 races of the year which is like 75% of the season . In golf alot of older fans myself included cannot get worked up over a made for TV championship that simply makes the rich richer ..who ever wins the treasured fed ex cup wlll not be player of the year ( unless its tiger ) because woods has that wrapped up,with all his wins ... so it really becomes a event to win the more money to me ....much like the skins game . This was always the time of year for the players to wind down the majors are done , television once again is trying to make a sport extend ad nauseum ...much like the NBA playoffs which seems to take 2 damn months to play 4 rounds , never was like that in 80 s or 90 s and the format was the same . Jmo

Golf Chanel's coverage doesn't start till past noon, Tiger likely will have finished his round by then.
And I wouldn't be so sure about the player of the year yet. You don't think if any of the 4 major winners win the FedEx cup they would be more deserving of it over Tiger?

I don't think so ash ....the Scottish open isn't a PGA event so Phil dont get credit for that ...and tiger has won by far the most , reclaimed number 1 firmly ... Unless one of them wins like 3 of these , then maybe ...... Ill be watching I didnt realize the coverage was that poor ...thanks for the heads up ...that blows

Tiger, etc. will tee off last on friday so it all kinda works out...... most tournaments lack full coverage except the British Open in North America and that's only gets more t.v. coverage because of the time difference..... i think maybe the U.S. Open got almost full coverage this year but I can't remember..... but yeah, they should have more t.v. coverage in general. also, these last couple FedEx tournaments are at great courses like Liberty National, TPC Boston and East Lake, of which all are featured on Tiger Woods PGA Tour games, haha. We should be able to see each and every shot a historical once in a lifetime golfer like Tiger hits live. They'll already have the cameras there, they'll already be recording everything to show them as highlights later...so why not just turn some switch on or something and just stream it online? It seems ridiculous to me in today's technological age.

God bless.

I don't think there's online coverage like "featured groups" and whatnot. They might stream a specific signature hole all day though.
Anyway, the coverage isn't so bad on weekends, you usually get to see the leaders play out their entire round for the most part. It's just on Thursday and Friday we end up missing full rounds of half the players because of the early/late waves.

Yeah my complaining struck a chord with Mother Nature, due to the weather delay we ended up getting coverage of majority of Tiger's round today.
He might not get see much action tomorrow though, lots of players today weren't even on their back 9 when play got halted. They'll finish their round and then go back out right away so Tiger will tee up really really late.

God bless.
