Yes you are correct in this aspect, it is this "theory"-- supposition, morelike-- that I took an irking to. You see, propounding upon the supposed ineptness of my reading comprehension doesn't change it the least bit.

I'm still really hoping FOTF isn't the single though. I don't think very highly of it.

Totally agree. I love these moments, all the hype before a new album, knowing i'll be listening to 10 or 11 brand new tunes for the first time ever.

I mean sounds odd but bear with me ! I'm sure you remember the first time you heard past Oasis/Beady Eye albums etc ? Great moment, sometimes it connects with you straight away, other times it needs a few listens.

I really liked 'world not set in stone' when i heard it at Warrington, looks like its not on the album now but probably as a b-side. I read in one interview theyre looking to add great b sides so hope thats the case for every single.

Plus there'll be tours, it seems like they will be playing a couple of Oasis tunes (again from one interview i read) so good times. As much as i loved seeing Oasis at some 60,000 seater stadium i am enjoying the smaller venues. Warrington was amazing when they played WTSMG and Rock n roll star, to hear those again (hopefully) plus new songs plus some good ones from DGSS, good times ahead.

I just want to enjoy it all as we're all getting older, at some point they may stop touring etc, just want to enjoy it all.

Not while they were trying to promote an upcoming album. Oasis did it between albums to go for a Christmas #1

I'm all for stand alone singles but a non-album single right now would be a bad move IMO.
