Why are people so confused?! We've heard from both Zane Lowe and XFM that FOTF is NOT going to be the single, so obviously the track Zane is playing next monday is something else. Right now "Second Bite of The Apple" looks like it could be that song, but maybe they've recorded a video for the first single already, and today's shoot of "Second Bite of The Apple" is for the second single. We'll know in five days, maybe even sooner. For now, let's just ignore Ash_&_Debris and go on with enjoying all the news we're getting about BE right now  I agree, he talks as if he's of a higher power |

I agree that the kill switch title was a hoax.
After the track list been posted here today and Liam tweeted it I don't think any one still thinks kill switch is real anymore .
But it seems like late in the day they changed their mind about FOTF being the lead single and something else will be.

Ok so FOTF is not the single, but it IS the same song as what some people are referring to as Kill Switch. I'm guessing the official single might be Second bite of the apple. But there is no song called Kill Switch. Some guy in the Tracklisting thread who said he met Liam today in a pub said that Liam said the video they were filming today (which is mostly confirmed as "Second Bite of the Apple") is for the *2nd* single. |

I think interview made to BDI about BE confirms Flick of the finger as the first single, it says FOTF will be aired next monday... so it is actually the first single...

You would imagine they will be playing the single after zane on R1, so they will probably have it in their possesion now |

Clearly just an industry mix up or maybe they just hadn't named it yet or maybe just a blagger as jaq515 says. Either way at no point has the official 1st single been named yet & FOTF is an album track only. End Of. |

Here he's saying he's heard the album. and he's saying that FOTF is an album track but Kill Switch is the single. As he's heard the album and heard FOTF there's no way he could have confused the 2 tracks At best he could've heard a different version of the album as the boys were in compiling the album few weeks back. I think he's just a blagger. The whole kill switch rumour did stem from him tho. Like Bellboy says we know FOTF is an album track and we don't know the name of 1st single yet. Attachments:
